軟件對斜(xie)齒輪的彎曲疲勞強度的研究是可行的。彎曲疲勞強度;彎曲應力;有限元分析;有限元模型中圖號TH13斜齒輪結構緊湊,具有較大的傳扭能力,是齒輪傳動中較為復雜的一種,廣泛應用于船舶、汽車、航空、電力、工程機械等眾多行業中,其工作性能對整個傳動系統有至關重要的影響。當前我國的斜齒輪研究如果仍采用國家標準所提供的數據,會有一定的風險,所以對國產斜齒輪進行疲勞強度研究是非常必要的。斜齒輪的彎曲疲勞強度在齒輪(lun)嚙合傳動過(guo)程中,齒輪(lun)齒根(gen)的危險截(jie)面承受(shou)彎曲應(ying)力(li)、壓應(ying)力(li)和(he)剪切應(ying)力(li),起主導作,齒根(gen)受(shou)拉(la)一側危險截(jie)面處的應(ying)力(li)應(ying)為彎曲拉(la)應(ying)力(li)和(he)殘(can)余壓應(ying)力(li)的合(he)成(cheng)。
